About T.C. Daniels
T.C. Daniels is a Greenville, North Carolina native and the founder and Senior Leader of Power Nation Church. With almost 30 years in ministry and public service, he has guided the church through sustained growth—spiritually, organizationally, and in community impact.
He helps entrepreneurs and business leaders turn timeless principles into clear strategy and consistent execution so they produce measurable outcomes. He is also the developer of the E3 Framework—Exposure, Education, and Execution—a practical system designed to strengthen clarity, leadership, and follow-through in both the marketplace and everyday life.
In addition to his pastoral leadership, Daniels serves as Lead Chaplain for the Greenville Police Department in Greenville, North Carolina, providing counsel, crisis support, and care for officers and their families. He also brings 17 years of corporate experience as an Information Technology professional, having served organizations including GlaxoSmithKline and Purdue Pharma, and previously operating as a Microsoft Certified Partner.
As a published author and innovative thought leader, Daniels is passionate about developing leaders who think clearly, lead with conviction, and execute for measurable impact. He is married to Shreé Daniels, and they are the proud parents of two children, Ebony and Caleb. One of his guiding principles is found in Psalm 119:71: “It was good that I was afflicted, that I might learn your ways… your law is better than a thousand pieces of gold.”
